Gr 2-5-In this 10-volume series, the subject matter between volumes varies widely, covering everything from basic American geography and history to a concentrated look at specific Native American tribes of California. Titles such as Exploremos los calendarios offer simpler vocabulary and sentence structure and will appeal to a slightly younger audience. Titles like Ind�genas de California are clearly intended for readers transitioning into the middle grades. Across all volumes, the quality reproductions of primary sources will provide specific ideas for further research.
